Main Duties and Responsibilities
As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner, you will be an integral part of our close-knit multidisciplinary team, working alongside leading consultants and like-minded healthcare professionals who respect and value your expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include providing high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and equipment, and ensuring clinically effective, evidence-based patient care.
Team Leadership and Development
You will have the opportunity to supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff, contributing to the growth and excellence of our theatre team. This role requires excellent interaction with colleagues across wards, understanding that continuity in patient care is essential for optimal outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
Registration Requirements: Applicants must possess current UK professional registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC for nurses or HCPC for ODPs). We welcome applications from international candidates who are eligible for UK registration and meet the necessary qualification standards.
Essential Experience
