Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service
Prepare detailed sales, rental, or leasing contracts with accuracy and professionalism. Provide expert advice about merchandise to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Greet customers warmly and discuss their specific needs regarding type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services required for purchase, rental, or lease.
Marketing and Promotion
Develop and implement advertising and promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales. Actively promote products, sales, and services through various channels including in-store displays, social media, and community outreach programs.
Team Leadership and Supervision
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products. Lead the sales team in building strong relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Operational Excellence
Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Negotiate prices effectively when purchasing or selling to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring profitability. Provide exceptional customer service that builds loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications and Experience
Required Experience
