Job responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate staff activities for food preparation and portioning.
Train employees in job duties, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
Maintain accurate records for stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Establish fair and efficient work schedules for team members.
Overall kitchen operations oversight to maximize efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Minimum education: None specified. Practical experience preferred.
Language proficiency: Not specified. Fluency in English required.
Experience: Supervisory experience preferred. Food safety certifications advantageous.
Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20+ lbs.
