We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our North Vancouver location. Salary and Hours

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management
As Restaurant Manager, you will evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant. This includes monitoring staff performance, planning and organizing daily operations, and implementing operational procedures that maintain our high standards of service.
Staff Development
You will be responsible for training staff members, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will help develop team members’ skills and ensure they provide exceptional customer service.
Inventory Control
Organizing and maintaining inventory is a critical aspect of this role. You’ll ensure proper stock levels, manage ordering processes, and maintain quality control standards for all products served.
Customer Relations
Service InnovationYou’ll determine the types of services to be offered and implement new operational procedures to enhance the customer experience and improve efficiency.
