Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive compensation at $46.50 per hour based on a 30-hour work week. The position requires on-site work at our Concord location (ON L4K 0K7) and offers an immediate start date for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Management
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all subcontractor activities to ensure smooth project execution. This includes evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, and selecting appropriate trade subcontractors for various project requirements. The manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion.
Financial Management
A key responsibility of this role is preparing and submitting accurate construction project budget estimates. The Project Manager will plan and manage project budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met. This includes preparing detailed cost analyses, forecasting expenses, and implementing cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Contract Management
The successful candidate will prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements. The Project Manager will ensure all contractual obligations are met by both the company and subcontractors.
Scheduling and Progress Monitoring
