Job responsibilities
The Managing Director will lead the strategic and operational management of the LLP, driving performance, innovation, and growth. You will:
- Develop and implement a long-term strategic plan aligned with UHTs vision and priorities
- Lead a diverse workforce across estates, facilities, and domestic services, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, development and continuous improvement
- Ensure the effective management of resources, budgets, and contracts to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services
- Drive innovation and sustainability across NTH Solutions
- Build strong relationships with UHT leaders, clinical teams, regulators, and external partners to ensure a seamless and patient-focused service delivery
- Lead on governance, risk management, and statutory compliance for all operational areas
