Job Description
CNC Machinists at Taeron Systems will operate and program precision manufacturing equipment to produce engineered components. This role requires technical proficiency in manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables to understand production requirements.
Repair machine tools and mechanical components when malfunctions occur.
Set up, adjust and maintain production machinery and tooling equipment.
Fit and assemble machine components to exacting tolerance specifications.
Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers.
Document deviations from specifications and report quality issues immediately.
Maintain comprehensive inspection records and complete production reports.
Verify dimensions of finished parts using precision measurement tools.
Set up and operate both conventional machining tools and computer numerical control equipment.
Program and operate CNC machining tools to fabricate precision components.
