Main Duties of the Job
Under the direction of the ICT Infrastructure and Development Manager, you will lead a team providing expert support for network and server infrastructure across the Trust and remote locations. Responsibilities include resolving technical faults and contributing to system developments. Experience with MS Windows OS/SQL, Hyper-converged virtualization, and enterprise TCP/IP LAN/WAN infrastructure is required.
Key Responsibilities
You will install and configure new equipment in data centers and network hubs while adhering to technical and safety standards. After initial training, participation in a 1-in-5 on-call rotation will be required. This role demands proactive problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities.

Essential
Expertise in Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO. Understanding of enterprise networking TCP/IP, OSI, LAN & WAN. Experience with VMWare ESXi or Nutanix AHV. Knowledge of firewalls/RA/VPN. Familiarity with ICT testing methodologies, system specification, IT risk assessment, and IM&T security standards.
