Position Details
This is a full-time, term or contract position with a competitive hourly wage of $35.00 CAD. The position requires working 35 hours per week, predominantly during morning shifts. The position is scheduled to commence on January 5, 2026, and will end on January 5, 2029, offering a three-year term of employment.
Location
The successful candidate will be based at our facility located at 1999 Rte Marie-Victorin, Contrecoeur, QC, J0L 1C0. This on-site position requires your physical presence at our Contrecoeur location. Key Responsibilities
As Human Resources Adviser, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization’s strategic objectives. This includes directing and controlling daily HR operations, evaluating operational efficiency, and planning and organizing daily activities to maximize productivity.
Recruitment and Staffing
A primary responsibility will be to plan, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent to our organization. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff across various departments.
Contract Management
You will oversee all aspects of contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment contracts. Data Analysis
