Salary and Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 for the Food Service Supervisor position. Work Schedule
The Food Service Supervisor position requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts available during early morning, morning, day, evening, and weekend hours. Key Responsibilities
As Food Service Supervisor at Crown Bay Diner, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your primary responsibilities include establishing methods to meet work schedules and ensuring that all operations run efficiently. You will be responsible for requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the smooth functioning of our kitchen and dining areas.
Staff Management and Training
A significant part of your role will involve supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You’ll be responsible for training new staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols. Quality Control and Customer Relations
