Key Responsibilities
As a Food Counter Attendant, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized dining area by clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs. You will operate dishwashers to ensure proper sanitation of dishes, glassware, and flatware. Additionally, you will replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure customers have everything they need for their dining experience.
Food Preparation and Service

Taking accurate customer orders is also a key function of this role, requiring good communication skills and attention to detail. You will also wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits to ensure they are ready for use in our sandwich and salad preparations.
Kitchen Maintenance
Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment is essential in our food service operation. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment. This includes removing kitchen garbage and trash regularly, as well as sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Inventory Management
Accurate record-keeping is an important aspect of this position. You will need to keep records of the quantities of food used to help with inventory management and cost control.
