Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation and Service
Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to established recipes and quality standards. Portion and wrap foods appropriately for customer satisfaction and food safety.
Customer Service Excellence
Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with professionalism and courtesy. Package take-out food efficiently while maintaining presentation quality.
Inventory Management
Keep accurate records of the quantities of food used to assist with inventory control and ordering. Stock refrigerators and salad bars regularly to ensure product availability.
Food Preparation Equipment
Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs safely and efficiently. Maintain equipment according to safety standards.
