Position Overview
We are hiring two full-time, permanent cooks for our Hillside Avenue location in Victoria. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Mexican dishes according to our established recipes and standards. This position offers competitive pay at $22.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, with flexible hours available to accommodate your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
As a cook at Taco Time, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes according to our recipes and quality standards. You will be expected to maintain consistent food quality and presentation while ensuring food safety protocols are followed at all times.
Kitchen Management
You will assist in managing daily kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen staff and helpers when required. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and safely. Your leadership skills will be essential in maintaining a positive and productive kitchen environment.
Food Safety and Quality
Maintaining high standards of food safety and quality is paramount. Inventory Management
