Compensation & Benefits
Salary
$17.60 per hour / 32 hours per week

Working Schedule
This position requires flexibility with availability across all shifts including early morning, morning, day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. The successful candidate must be willing to work varied hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities
Food Preparation
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to KFC’s recipes, standards, and procedures. Ensure all food is prepared safely and meets quality standards.
Kitchen Inspections
Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Report any issues or maintenance needs immediately.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Monitor stock levels, place orders when necessary, and minimize waste through efficient inventory control.
Sanitation
Clean kitchen and work areas thoroughly, including cooking surfaces, equipment, and utensils. Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
Culinary Skills
Previous cooking experience, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant environment. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety principles is essential.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle various kitchen equipment safely.
Communication Skills
Basic communication skills in English are required to follow instructions, work with team members, and interact with customers as needed.
