Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for international healthcare professionals seeking to relocate to the United Kingdom. We are recruiting a Clinical Team Manager for our innovative Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in East Suffolk, covering the Ipswich area. This permanent position offers certificate of sponsorship, making it an ideal opportunity for qualified mental health professionals from around the world to build their career in the UK’s renowned National Health Service.
About the Role
Do you possess the ambition, creativity, and leadership skills to contribute to the development of groundbreaking mental health services for children and young people? You will build strong relationships and work across various education settings, ensuring children receive faster access to early mental health support. The position emphasizes co-production, and you will help drive this forward while contributing to the review, development, and implementation of service-wide policies and protocols.
Leadership and Management Duties
You will provide management supervision to the team, contribute to and lead MDT decisions, and manage clinical capacity while balancing direct individual/family work with whole school/college approaches to supporting emotional wellbeing. As a point of clinical expertise, you will be accessible to staff, service users, families, and carers, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
