Kai Zhao is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our private household in Surrey, British Columbia. Primary Responsibilities
As our Child Caregiver, you will assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents. This includes performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and organized environment. You will instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them grow into well-rounded individuals.
Safety and Health Standards
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home is paramount. You will be responsible for identifying potential hazards and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. This includes childproofing areas, monitoring activities, and implementing safety measures appropriate for different age groups.
Nutritional Responsibilities
You will prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements and preferences. We believe in healthy eating habits and will provide guidance on meal planning and preparation. Knowledge of balanced nutrition and ability to accommodate special dietary needs is essential.
Transportation Duties
The role includes taking children to and from school and to various appointments. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred, though not mandatory if public transportation is feasible. You must be reliable and punctual for all transportation responsibilities.
