We are seeking dedicated Berry Pickers to join our team for permanent full-time employment. This role involves hands-on work in berry cultivation, harvesting, and farm maintenance. The position offers flexible hours and immediate start opportunities to fill three vacancies.
Key responsibilities
Berry Pickers will plant, cultivate, and irrigate berry crops while ensuring optimal growing conditions. Daily tasks include cleaning work areas, applying fertilizers and crop sprays, operating harvesting equipment, and maintaining all farm machinery. Candidates must be prepared for physical labor in outdoor environments across all weather conditions.
Required qualifications
Previous experience in blueberry or field berry cultivation is essential. Applicants should be physically fit, able to work independently or as part of a team, and demonstrate reliability.
