Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Aerial Crop Duster to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a full-time, seasonal position offering an hourly wage of $55.00 CAD. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating fixed-wing aircraft to apply fertilizers, seeds, and other agricultural products to crops across our farmland. Schedule Details
This is a full-time seasonal position requiring 40 to 84 hours per week. The schedule includes:
- Early morning, morning, day, evening, and night shifts
- Weekend work as required

Weather-Dependent Work
Aerial application work is highly dependent on weather conditions. Our scheduling is flexible to accommodate the unique requirements of agricultural aviation, often requiring early mornings and extended hours during favorable weather periods. Position Requirements
The successful candidate must meet the following educational and qualification requirements:
- Valid Commercial Pilot Licence – fixed wing (required)
- Maintain a valid and current medical certificate
- Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit
- Ability to pass security clearance as required by Transport Canada
Experience Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- General flight operations and procedures
- Fertilizer application techniques and procedures
- Seed drilling operations
- Operating sprayers and dusters
- Forklift operation (for ground support duties)
- Prior agricultural aviation experience (highly desirable)
Key Responsibilities
The Aerial Crop Duster will be responsible for:
- Operating fixed-wing aircraft for agricultural application purposes
- Following emergency procedures to compensate for equipment malfunction or failure
- Monitoring operation of engine and aircraft systems during flight
- Performing thorough post-flight inspections
- Accurately recording equipment malfunctions and corrective actions taken during flight
- Reporting required repairs to ground maintenance personnel
- Conducting in-flight tests and monitoring aircraft equipment and systems during flights
- Maintaining precise application patterns and rates according to specifications
- Adhering to all Transport Canada regulations and safety standards
- Collaborating with ground crew for efficient operations
