Key Responsibilities
Child Development and Discipline
Implement discipline methods as requested by parents, ensuring consistency with family values and parenting philosophy. You will be responsible for maintaining appropriate boundaries while fostering a positive and respectful environment for the children.
Personal Hygiene and Social Development
Instruct children in proper personal hygiene practices and support their social development through age-appropriate guidance. This includes teaching manners, social skills, and helping children navigate relationships with peers and adults.
Daily Activity Records
Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including meals, naps, educational activities, and any notable incidents. Keep accurate health information records regarding the children, including medications, allergies, and any health concerns.
Activity Organization
Plan and organize engaging activities such as educational games, creative projects, and safe outings that promote learning and development. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
Meal Preparation
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary requirements and preferences. Ensure meals are balanced, healthy, and appealing to children while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Emotional Well-being
Attend to the emotional needs of the children, providing comfort, support, and guidance. Help children develop emotional intelligence and coping strategies while creating a secure and loving environment.
