Responsibilities
As a Food Counter Attendant at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, you’ll play a crucial role in our food service operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of food quantities used to ensure proper inventory management. You’ll be responsible for packaging take-out food efficiently and securely, ensuring our products arrive at customers’ homes in perfect condition.
Food Preparation & Service
In this role, you’ll portion and wrap foods according to our standardized recipes and portion control guidelines. You’ll prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, following our strict food safety protocols to maintain the highest quality standards. You’ll serve customers at our counters and buffet areas with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest.
Inventory & Equipment Management
You’ll be responsible for stocking our refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring all items are fresh, properly rotated, and readily available for customers. Additionally, you’ll use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, maintaining efficiency and safety in all food preparation processes.
