Work Location
Our barbershop is conveniently located at 7238 137 Street, Surrey, BC V3W 1V3. The position requires on-site work, and our shop is easily accessible by public transportation and has parking available for staff and customers.
Salary and Hours
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $36.70, with employees expected to work between 35 to 40 hours per week. The schedule includes morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts to accommodate our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities
As a Barber at Bladez and Fadez Barbershop Ltd, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of grooming services to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
Client Appointments
You will be responsible for booking and managing client appointments efficiently. This includes maintaining an organized schedule, communicating with clients about their appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of customers throughout the day.
Hair Cutting and Styling
Our barbers are expected to cut and trim hair according to each client’s specific instructions and preferences. This requires excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate verbal descriptions into precise haircuts.
Shampoo Services
You will provide professional shampoo services to our clients before haircutting appointments. This involves understanding different hair types and using appropriate products to ensure a comfortable and thorough cleansing experience.
Facial Hair Grooming
A key responsibility is shaving and trimming beards and mustaches according to client preferences. This requires precision, knowledge of different facial hair styles, and the ability to use various grooming tools effectively.
Advanced Hair Treatments
Our clients expect comprehensive hair services, which include providing other hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting. You should be knowledgeable about these procedures and able to perform them professionally.
Scalp Treatments
Additional services include providing scalp conditioning massages to enhance the client’s experience and promote healthy hair growth. This requires knowledge of massage techniques and scalp health.
Inventory Management
You will be responsible for maintaining and ordering supplies necessary for daily operations. This includes monitoring inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers, and ensuring the barbershop is always well-stocked with quality products.
