Compensation and Schedule

Key Responsibilities
As a construction helper at Golden Uprising Construction Ltd., you will play a vital role in our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include calculating crane capacities, loading and unloading construction materials, and measuring weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting operations. You will operate various types of cranes including mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, and place equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
Equipment Operation
You will gain experience operating specialized equipment including pile driving cranes to drive pilings into earth to provide support for buildings and other structures. Additionally, you may operate cranes equipped with dredging attachments to dredge waterways and other areas, and gantry cranes to load and unload ship cargo at port side.
Construction Support
Your role will also involve assisting in various construction tasks such as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials like concrete and asphalt. You will help in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, and participate in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
Site Management
As part of your responsibilities, you will help assemble tower cranes on site, level earth to fine grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt, and assist in demolishing buildings. You will also clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and perform routine maintenance work as needed.
Safety and Compliance
Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount. You will be expected to help clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, tend or feed machines and equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
Requirements
