We are seeking dedicated and proactive General Practitioners to work in our Out of Hours and Urgent Care services. Position Details

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with weekly hours ranging from 10 to 37.5 hours. Various shifts are available Monday to Sunday, predominantly evenings, overnights, and weekends. Our services operate 24/7, providing vital patient care through Treatment Centres, Home Visiting, Telephone Triage, and OOH GMCAS.

Compensation Package

The annual salary ranges from £95,025 to £105,788, with additional rate enhancements for evening, weekend, and overnight working. This competitive package reflects the importance of these roles in our healthcare system and ensures fair compensation for the demanding nature of out-of-hours work.

Key Responsibilities

As a Salaried GP in our Out of Hours and Urgent Care services, you will provide timely clinical care to patients in the form of advice or face-to-face consultation. This may occur at our Denton Clinical Hub, Preston and Chorley Treatment Centres, satellite bases, treatment centres, or during home visits.

Clinical Duties

Your responsibilities will include ensuring appropriate patient referrals to further management services, proactively communicating with the Lead Senior Clinical Practitioner and Senior Care Co-ordinators, working within the prescribing formulary, and providing clinical advice to both internal and external staff as required.

Qualification Requirements
