Responsibilities
Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items from storage to serving areas and set tables.
Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after customer use to maintain sanitation standards.
Operate commercial dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware efficiently.
Replenish condiments, napkins, and other supplies at tables and serving stations during service.
Maintain accurate records of food usage quantities for inventory control.
Package take-out food securely and label orders for customer pickup.
Portion and wrap prepared foods according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
Provide friendly customer service while serving guests at counters or buffet stations.
Stock refrigerators, display cases, and salad bars with fresh ingredients and prepared items.
Take customers’ food and beverage orders accurately during peak hours.
Handle and store cleaning products safely following health and safety protocols.
Receive deliveries, unpack supplies, and organize inventory in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing daily.
Requirements
