The position is based at our facility located at 8210 McIntyre Rd, Edmonton, AB T6E 5C4. This is an on-site position requiring regular presence at our Edmonton facility.
Compensation Details
This position offers an hourly wage of $29.00 CAD for 32 hours per week. The compensation package reflects the importance of this role within our organization and is competitive within the Edmonton area job market.
Work Schedule
The successful candidate will be required to work during day shifts and on weekends as needed. The schedule aligns with our operational requirements and may include some flexibility based on business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with various work units and departments to ensure efficient operations throughout the supply chain. This includes maintaining smooth operation of all computer equipment and machinery related to supply chain processes.
Maintenance Coordination
An important aspect of this role involves arranging for maintenance and repair work of equipment and machinery. The supervisor will need to establish relationships with maintenance providers and ensure timely servicing to minimize operational downtime.
Problem Resolution
The successful candidate will be expected to resolve work problems effectively and efficiently. This includes identifying issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring that supply chain operations continue to run smoothly despite challenges that may arise.
Technical Guidance
As a supervisor, you will provide technical advice to team members and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Your expertise will be valuable in enhancing our supply chain processes and maintaining high standards.
Schedule Development
The Supply Chain Supervisor will establish work schedules and procedures for team members. This includes optimizing workflow, assigning tasks appropriately, and ensuring that all deadlines are met consistently.
Team Leadership
This position requires strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate supply chain team members. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment where team members can perform at their best.
Process Improvement
