Position Details
We are currently recruiting for one Consultant Cardiologist with a specialized interest in Cardiac Imaging. This role represents a career-defining opportunity for international medical professionals seeking to relocate to the United Kingdom with full Certificate of Sponsorship support.
Salary and Benefits Package

Imaging Department Excellence
You will join a team of three imaging consultants in delivering and developing advanced cardiac imaging services. Our large clinical measurement department is accredited by the British Society of Echocardiography (BSE), offering comprehensive echo services including TOE and DSE. We maintain excellent partnerships with radiology for CT and MRI cardiac imaging services.

Essential Qualifications
Candidates must possess MBBS or equivalent medical qualification, MRCP or equivalent, full GMC registration with license to practice at time of application, and eligibility for entry on the GMC Specialist Register or within 6 months of receipt of Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Cardiology.
Specialist Training Requirements
The successful candidate must be fully trained in all aspects of Cardiology with complete training in Cardiac Imaging (Echo, CT, and MR). We require demonstratable track record in coronary angiography and pacing, along with wide experience in Cardiology practice.
Leadership and Service Management
Essential experience includes proven ability to manage and lead a service effectively. Candidates should demonstrate experience in clinical audit and audit management, along with teaching experience for medical students and resident doctors.
Desirable Qualifications
While not essential, desirable qualifications include higher degrees (MD/PhD), Level 3 certification in CMR and CT, dual accreditation in general medicine, evidence of service development activity, and demonstrated understanding of trainee development needs.
