A thorough understanding of medical audit principles is essential, and you must have undertaken and completed audit projects. Audit publications would be considered desirable and demonstrate your commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
Research and Publications
Relevant research experience in one or more aspects of medical management of fragility and peri-prosthetic fractures in the elderly is essential. Publication of relevant review articles would be considered advantageous and reflect your engagement with the academic community.
