Position Overview

Compensation Package
We offer an attractive hourly wage of $37.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week. This translates to an annual salary of approximately $76,960 based on standard working hours, providing financial stability and competitive earnings in the welding profession.

Key Responsibilities
Welding Operations
Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment with precision. Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate execution of projects.
Quality Assurance
Examine welds thoroughly to ensure they meet industry standards and project specifications. Determine weldability of materials and maintain the highest quality standards in all fabrication work.
Equipment Operation
Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products. Utilize manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and operate hoisting and lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
Additional Fabrication Skills
Equipment MaintenanceMaintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance and workplace safety.
